For our company, the real estate market is not only servicing investments for our clients, but also investments we operate for our own needs. We are currently running 2 investments in Eastern Poland.

The first one is the construction of a luxury villa near Lublin. The investment is carried out in a turnkey solution model. The most important characteristics of the project are: open spaces, modern design, Scandinavian, comfortable interiors and modern, energy-saving building materials. Both the construction, interiors and the garden will be a comprehensive solution, and the client will be able to move in immediately after signing the notarial deed.

The second investment that we are currently implementing is an investment in a luxury, boutique all-year-round resort, located near the Kazimierz Dolny, in the vicinity of the Kazimierz Landscape Park in the Lublin region. The investment is a wooden structure and uses the latest technologies to reduce electricity consumption.

The biggest advantage of the investment is its location in a beautiful place, near the ski lift and numerous attractions of Kazimierz Dolny. An inseparable element of the investment will be the breeding of Arabian horses and a stable with 14 horse-boxes. Currently, our company has purchased a plot for the investment, provided all necessary media utilities and received a building permit. The investment will start in 2023 and its completion is estimated for 2025.
