The principle of the presence of an Emirati citizen in the company’s structure, in which he or she had the right to hold at least 51% of shares, was a big nuisance, especially for small and medium-sized European businesses. Large companies chose completely different solutions. Many years of preparations for changes in this area on the part of the Arab Emirates Government and finally we got it.
From now on, every citizen from Europe, and in most cases from other continents, can afford to set up a limited liability company in Dubai or other Emirates, which will be 100% owned and controlled by him or her. It is a big tribute to small and medium-sized investors, for us it is also a sign that in 2021 and in the following years, the Emirates will become one of the priority business directions for us and our Clients.
